- 159 lawyers
- 36 practice areas
- 12 top tier
Following the publication of The Legal 500 UK 2023 results, the firm has once again achieved impressive rankings within the latest guide to leading law firms and lawyers across the United Kingdom.
Building on previous years' successes, Kennedys has received top-tier accolades in 12 out of a total of 36 practice area rankings for the firm. These rankings reach across the spectrum of Kennedys’ expertise and services, such as insurance and reinsurance, clinical and professional negligence, commercial litigation, construction, employment, healthcare, finance, real estate and environment, personal injury, and transport and travel.
In addition, a record 159 Kennedys lawyers have been recommended within the guide this year. Six Kennedys partners have been listed in the elite Hall of Fame, which recognises lawyers at the top of the profession. 21 partners received the accolade of Leading Individual, 14 partners have been named within the Next Generation Partner category, alongside 11 Kennedys lawyers ranked as Rising Stars.
These rankings reflect the comprehensive analysis undertaken by The Legal 500's legal directory research team. Along with robust assessments of law firm submissions, they also conduct interviews with thousands of clients across the country to gauge their opinions on both firms and individual lawyers that they've worked with.
Not only are we delighted to have received such high praise for our practice areas and teams, we are pleased that so many of our lawyers have been recognised individually. This demonstrates both their breadth of expertise, along with how valued they are to our clients, who play a key role in informing The Legal 500 results.
