Austin Jones is a litigator who focuses his practice on construction law, trucking accident and catastrophic injury defense. He represents and advises developers, contractors, subcontractors in construction disputes, including defects, contract and lien enforcement cases. Austin also defends design professionals and consulting engineers in professional Liability cases.

Austin is a Miami native. He attended the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2017, where he earned a Book Award (given to the student with the highest grade) in Florida Civil Practice. While in law school, he served as an Executive Officer and Founding member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section at St. Thomas and served as a legal intern The Honorable Abby Cinnamon. Austin earned his LL.M in Real Property development from the University of Miami school of law in 2018.

Austin is a member of the Kubicki Draper Construction Practice Group and the Florida Bar Association, Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section.
