Geoffrey Ratcliffe

Geoffrey is an Associate in the Kennedys Law Madrid office. He joined Kennedys in 2014 as a Paralegal and qualified in Spain in 2016. Geoffrey is fluent in English and Spanish and has worked in the insurance field since joining Kennedys. He handles matters for local and international insurers in medical malpractice, professional indemnity and property claims.

Geoffrey handles cases in both contentious and non-contentious matters and is a skilled negotiator, managing claims from their receipt to final judgment and everything in between.

Since joining Kennedys, Geoffrey has handled the revision, interpretation and adaptation of insurance policies to Spanish law and often analyses the interaction of local and master policies for claims involving international programmes.

Geoffrey is also a member of the Evolve with Kennedys Committee.
