Laura Camila Vinasco

Laura Camila is an associate in Kennedys’ Bogotá office.  She has experience providing legal advice in commercial, corporate, financial, real estate, contract law, dispute resolution, M&A, company incorporation, investments, and regulatory matters. Her clients include financial institutions, private equity real estate funds, pharmaceutical companies and other private entities, both local and international.

Laura Camila  has provided counsel on the launch of new financial products and services in the Colombian financial market,  assisting in drafting the necessary documentation and providing comprehensive legal support throughout the process.

She earned both her law degree and a postgraduate degree with a focus in commercial law from the Pontifical Xaverian University.
