Kennedys acted for the sellers of Hood Group Limited on a management buy-out and disposal to private equity firm Connection Capital LLP.

The transaction involved the acquisition of the group’s silent shareholders by Connection Capital LLP and Hood’s current management team, with all senior and associate directors remaining with the business.

Hood Group Limited is a leading UK-based insurance intermediary that partners with start-ups, consumer brands, and large insurers to deliver innovative insurance solutions. The investment secured by this transaction provides significant capital to accelerate their growth plans and continue to provide market-leading insurance solutions to their partners and customers.
