Sheena Purohit

Sheena is an Associate in the London commercial team based in London and qualified as a solicitor in 2022. Since joining the team, Sheena has advised a broad range of clients on commercial and corporate insurance matters with a strong focus on drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements including insurance distribution, terms of business, claims handling and services agreements. She recently advised on the fairness and enforceability of contractual terms under consumer rights laws and also has a growing practice in non-contentious insurance advisory work, including advising on the application of the UK regulatory perimeter to various insurers and intermediaries and on insurance distribution requirements in the UK.
