Marie-Ketty is an Avocat admitted to the Paris Bar (2019) and an associate in our Paris office.

Marie-Ketty holds a Master’s degree in Arbitration and International Trade Law from the University Paris I – Pantheon Sorbonne and a double degree in English and French Law (LLB, Licence de droit and Master’s degree in International, European and Comparative Law) from the University of Essex and the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Marie-Ketty worked for French and international law firms in Paris and London.

At Kennedys, Marie-Ketty acts for leading (re)insurers and major policyholders in complex and international disputes before French courts and arbitral tribunals in a wide range of matters including construction, transport (by road, air, sea), political risks and trade credit, industrial risks, products and professional liability.

Marie-Ketty has developed particular expertise in complex court-appointed technical investigations particularly in construction matters.

She is fluent in French and English. She also speaks Khmer.
