Madeleine Bertrand

Madeleine is a senior associate (foreign qualified lawyer) working the travel team. Madeleine qualified in Sydney, Australia in 2013 and joined the Kennedys travel team in 2016. She has over 9 year’s experience acting for defendant insurers in complex public liability claims both in-house and in private practice.

Madeleine acts for insurers and corporates with large deductibles including travel companies, tour operators and hoteliers involving large loss cases and serious incidents abroad with complex jurisdictional issues.

Madeleine is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL).
