Vienne Cheung

Vienne is a Of Counsel in Kennedys Liability Defence Team in Hong Kong.  Qualified in Hong Kong, she specialises in casualty defence work, including but not limited to conducting litigation for insureds and advising on policy coverage. 

Vienne focuses on handling cases for plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and employees’ compensation claims, including industrial and road traffic accidents and fatality claims.  She is also experienced in other types of insurance claims.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Vienne worked for the Guardianship Board as Senior Legal Counsel, primarily presiding over hearings in relation to guardianship applications, and has experience in matters arising from Part IVC of the Mental Health Ordinance.
