Virginia is a senior associate in our Buenos Aires’ office in Argentina. She has been working with partner Alberto Bunge since February 2014.
She qualified as lawyer in 2002 in the City of Buenos Aires.
Virginia advises on damages claims related to Casualty, Construction, Professional Liability (Architects, Engineers, Lawyers, Notaries), Product Liability, Transport, Corporate and Commercial, E&O. She also advises on Commercial Law, Company Law, Civil and Commercial Law and Administrative Law.
She specialises in litigation, handling claims and mediation. She also assists on claims in other Argentina’s provinces and abroad (Chile), having experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, and dealing with procedures before the Inspección General de Justicia (Registry of Commerce in the City of Buenos Aires) for national and foreign companies.
