Marc is a Partner in the firm’s Delaware office. He has over 20 years of litigation experience including assisting clients achieve their objectives, managing risk and resolving disputes. Marc often advises on the intricacies of Delaware commercial and corporate law. His practice includes stockholder rights, partnership conflicts, director and officer disputes, corporate governance, fiduciary obligations, internal investigations, securities claims and special committee representation.
