Luke is an Associate in Kennedys’ Perth office and practices primarily in Western Australia and Queensland.

Luke is instructed by national and international insurers and syndicates in proceedings in the District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia and Queensland as well as pre-litigation matters under the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act (Qld) and for advice on prospects of contemplated actions.

Luke primarily practices in litigation including instructions relating to public and product liability, marine liability, professional indemnity, workers’ compensation, subrogated recoveries and commercial disputes.

Luke came to the law with a decade of experience gained within insurers and government agencies, with his primary focus having been on technical and litigated matters.
