Profile

Natalie is a Senior Associate based in Kennedys’ Manchester office.

She represents insurers and corporate clients, dealing with a broad range of personal injury, property damage and product liability claims.

Natalie specialises in providing advice in relation to accidents occurring in the retail, leisure, entertainment, and hospitality sectors. She also has considerable experience dealing with claims arising from manufacturing and construction settings.

Natalie routinely deals with complex claims involving multiple-parties and cross-jurisdictional issues. She has acted for clients operating in the aviation and maritime sectors, and has a particular interest in Animals Act 1971 claims. She has experience dealing with uninsured and untraced driver motor insurance litigation.

Natalie is pragmatic and proactive in her case handling approach, and endeavours to simplify the litigation process for her clients. She is happy to provide assistance and ongoing support to her clients outside of specific claims, such as devising business strategies to try and prevent future litigation.

Natalie qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2018. She has attained a Chartered Insurance Institute Award in London Market Insurance. She supervises trainee solicitors, legal apprentices, and other junior lawyers in the Manchester office.

She is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL).
