Qualified in Colombia, she is experienced in providing advice to insurers, reinsurers and brokers on coverage issues, claims handling, policy drafting as well as corporate and regulatory matters.
Catalina represents insurers and reinsurers in construction, directors’ and officers’, banker’s blanket bond, construction and contractors’ all risks (CAR), business interruption, property and casualty claims.
With a particular emphasis on construction and fiscal liability cases, Catalina handles national and international cases before the Colombian courts and governmental agencies in civil, commercial and administrative matters.
