Kennedys upgrades to new premises in Madrid

We are pleased to have announced an upgrade of our Madrid office with a move to new premises in the heart of the central business district.

Bucking the trend for downsizing, we will be taking up a larger space on the fifth floor of the Castellana 40 bis, increasing our space from 1,200 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft. The office has access to a private roof terrace and the building features the highest energy efficient levels and is pre-certified LEED Gold.

Our Madrid team of 15 is led by partners Isidoro UgenaOlivia Delagrange and Alfonso De Ramos.

Isidoro Ugena said: “Having introduced our global hybrid working policy to support our colleagues to work from home if they wish, we also want to provide a welcoming environment in which colleagues can work alongside each other and entertain our clients. Our new office will allow us to do this and we are delighted with our new space.”

Nick Thomas, senior partner at Kennedys, said: “After the challenges of the global pandemic, 2022 is already off to an exciting start as our ‘WorkWise’ global workplace transformation programme gathers pace.

“This includes Madrid, where we have intentionally left room to grow as services and the world gradually return to normal.

“The Castellana 40 bis is a stunning building and one which I very much look forward to visiting in the future.”
