Amanda Tai

Amanda is a Senior Associate at Kennedys Legal Solutions. She advises on data protection/ privacy, insurance regulatory, cyber insurance and financial lines insurance matters, and also has extensive experience across transactions, advisory and disputes in real estate, and general corporate and commercial work.

As a member of the APAC Cyber and Data Privacy practice, Amanda provides cyber incident response services, including notifying data breaches to regulators, affected individuals and contractual parties, handling investigations commenced by data protection regulators in particular and assorted data protection issues and obligations. 

Amanda has obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional qualifications for Europe and Asia, and is also an Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional.
