Lucie Fougereux

Lucie is an associate in our Paris office since 2024.

She holds a master’s degree in insurance law from University Paris Dauphine – PSL and has a background in business law.

At Kennedys, Lucie intervenes in dispute resolution and commercial litigation in a wide range of matters including insurance disputes, construction, cyber risks, commercial disputes, industrial risks and product and professional liability. She also advises clients on contractual, regulatory and compliance matters.

She practices in both English and French.

Lucie is a member of the AIDA (International Insurance Law Association).
