Farrell is special counsel in the New York office.

Throughout his career, he has gained experience both counseling insurers on, and litigating complex coverage disputes concerning a variety of insurance policies. This includes general liability, excess/umbrella, commercial property, professional liability, errors and omissions, D&O and employment practices liability. He also represents insurers and their D&O in regulatory and breach of fiduciary duty matters.

Before Joining Kennedys, Farrell was a partner at an Am Law 100 firm, focusing on insurance coverage.

  • Successfully negotiated settlement of $200M breach of fiduciary duty claims against property insurer’s directors and officers.
