Anmol is an associate in the New York office. She focuses her practice on construction litigation, construction defect claims, construction injury, labor litigation, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and commercial litigation matters.

Anmol handles cases dealing with New York Labor Law sections 200, 240 and 241 along with contractual indemnity claims. She handles various construction claims involving construction accidents, code violations and building designed related deficiencies. Her clients include building owners, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, commercial landlords and tenants, among other clients.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Anmol gained valuable experience at a large defense firm where she excelled in case management from inception to conclusion, handling numerous depositions, conferences, motions in limine and mediations.

Anmol is involved in the New York State Bar Association. She is also involved in volunteering as a mentor for iMentor.
