Anna is the Global Relationship Development Director at Kennedys. Anna works globally and is a Partner (qualified in England and Wales) and resides in Miami where she is also a Foreign Legal Consultant (Not Admitted to Practice Law in Florida).

In her global leadership position, Anna drives strategic initiatives to strengthen Kennedys’ international relationships, including the development of a global alumni network and other programs designed to optimize collaboration across the firm’s worldwide operations.

Anna commenced her legal career with a leading firm in London, qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2005. She has over 20 years’ experience spanning construction, contract management, commercial advice, and claims handling and practices law in addition to her leadership role.

Her career includes in-house roles at AEG Europe and Thames Clippers, where she handled a broad portfolio of legal matters across commercial, corporate, and construction disciplines. At AEG Europe, Anna advised on the transformation of the Millennium Dome into The O2, managing contracts related to sponsorship, insurance, entertainment (artist agreements and sports events). She also led on construction and engineering matters, and development issues, addressing complex technical and lifecycle challenges for the venue.

Anna brings a global perspective to her work, advising insurers, reinsurers and corporates on commercial matters, claims and coverage issues, with particular focusing on commercial, CAR/EAR, reinsurance, and political risk claims. Her English law qualification makes her a trusted advisor to the London Market.

Previous to her role as Global Relationship Development Director, Anna served in a Regional Management role, overseeing business operations, development and growth across regional offices.

Anna contributed to Kennedys' Global forecast 2024: Evolving insurance risks report, published in January 2024.

Anna works in English, Spanish, and French.
