Claudia Lynch

Claudia is an Associate in the Commercial Team at Kennedys’ Melbourne Office.

She has experience working for private companies, individuals and insurers across multiple practice areas including general commercial litigation, director & shareholder disputes, and coverage disputes.

Claudia has assisted in conducting and overseeing proceedings within the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia, and also has experience in non-litigious disputes and alternative dispute resolution.
