Profile

Vinesh is an associate in the Bermuda office and a commercial barrister in England and Wales.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Vinesh practised as a barrister in London and at several international law firms (in both pre and post-qualification roles). This rare blend of professional experience allows for Vinesh’s case analysis and strategy to be fueled by analytical rigour, common sense and an understanding of the real world.

Whilst in England, Vinesh successfully represented clients (private individuals to MNCs) at first instance and at appeal level, and he was regularly instructed in cases beyond his Year of Call. Vinesh’s onshore practice had an international reach early on, having represented foreign clients in domestic proceedings and international arbitrations (ICC and others). His offshore practice is similarly multi-jurisdictional as Vinesh now represents large and well-established corporate clients in commercial (including shareholder) disputes, insurance arbitrations (including Bermuda Form) and cross-border insolvency matters.
