Kennedys bolsters US bench with four new lateral partners and expanded legal team

We are pleased to announce the addition of four notable lateral partners; Jeremy Boeder and Brad Moyer, based in the Midwest, and Nicholas Jajko and Andre Webb, based in Philadelphia.

In the first half of the year, the firm has welcomed more than 40 attorneys across the US, including 28 associates and nine special counsel. This expansion underscores Kennedys’ continued investment in strengthening its national platform and scaling its capabilities in key areas, including insurance coverage, professional liability, cyber, environmental and complex casualty litigation.

  • Jeremy Boeder focuses his practice on professional liability and disciplinary matters, representing attorneys, brokers, architects, engineers, accountants, and other professionals. He handles malpractice defense, ethical grievance resolution, fee disputes, law-firm transitions, and commercial/tort litigation in construction, product, premises, and transportation liability.
  • Bradford “Brad” Moyer brings over 30 years of experience in insurance coverage and environmental litigation. He represents carriers and corporate clients in complex coverage disputes involving toxic torts, PFAS/PFOA, AFFF, construction defects, product liability, asbestos, opioids, COVID-19, and first/third-party coverage issues. He also handles class actions, commercial litigation, and environmental regulatory matters.
  • Nicholas Jajko's practice includes privacy, cybersecurity, and technology law. He advises clients on data privacy compliance, incident response, and technology-related risks, including vendor contracting, security programs, and regulatory matters. Nick has guided clients through high-stakes data breaches and complex privacy investigations. He is recognized in the Philadelphia legal community for his knowledge of evolving data and tech regulations.
  • Andre Webb brings deep experience in high-exposure litigation for insured and self-insured entities, concentrating on premises and liquor liability, transportation, and professional liability. He is recognized for managing catastrophic injury and death cases from investigation through trial. He is actively engaged in Philadelphia’s defense and bar communities, and a member of the exclusive Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel.

Each of our new partners has built a reputation for delivering strategic, solutions-driven counsel to insurers and corporates. Their alignment with our client-focused approach and collaborative culture makes them a strong addition to Kennedys as we continue to expand our US footprint.

Recognized for our leadership in insurance, liability defense and commercial litigation, we operate across 12 offices in the US, with our most recent office openings in Los Angeles and Seattle in 2024.
