Tom is a partner and healthcare specialist leading the healthcare team in our Sheffield office. He qualified in England and Wales in 2000.

Tom is Nominated Partner for NHS Resolution. He has acted for NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts for the past 20 years and has a wealth of strategic knowledge in the management of clinical litigation over a broad range of clinical specialties.

He represented the defendant Trusts in the landmark decisions of Lucas v Barking, Havering and Redbridge Hospitals NHS Trust and Robshaw v United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
