Sandip Sidhu is a Legal Director in the Birmingham office and qualified in England and Wales in 2008. She specialises in defending a broad range of motor cases and personal injury claims with a focus on complex injuries including severe psychiatric injuries, orthopaedic injuries and chronic pain. Sandip has also advised in a wide range of liability issues including automatism and secondary victims.

Sandip’s past experience as a claimant lawyer enables her to use her insight to a tactical advantage. She works closely with her clients on strategic projects and has extensive experience of spotting claims that have the potential to grow at an early stage.  

Sandip has a particular interest in innovation and works closely with Kennedys’ Research and Development team. She has extensive knowledge and experience of Kennedys' IQ Platform, adding value to the service provided to her clients. Sandip has also been heavily involved in the development and advancement of Kennedys’ own claims management system.

Sandip regularly writes articles for Kennedys’ personal injury and motor journals and provides bespoke training to clients on a range of subjects in her practice area.
