Aurelia est associée au sein du cabinet Kennedys et a co-fondé le bureau de Paris en octobre 2017. Elle est spécialiste de l’assurance avec une expertise approfondie dans le contentieux complexe et international du droit des transports (aviation, maritime, routier), le risque industriel, l’assurance, dont le risque politique, et la responsabilité du fait des produits défectueux, y compris les produits de santé.
Aurélia est régulièrement désignée dans des litiges complexes, tant devant les juridictions françaises que devant des tribunaux arbitraux, où elle intervient pour le compte d’assureurs et d’industriels, dont des sociétés pharmaceutiques.
Aurélia représente des assureurs internationaux et des compagnies aériennes de renom à la fois dans leurs problématiques quotidiennes et dans des contentieux complexes. Aurélia représente aussi des entreprises pharmaceutiques. Sa pratique inclut notamment le contentieux de couverture, la défense et les recours subrogatoires. Elle couvre plusieurs secteurs industriels clés (aéronautique, transport, tourisme, risque politique et industrie manufacturière, industrie pharmaceutique et erreurs médicales), avec une attention portée sur la responsabilité du fait des produits. Aurélia a développé une expérience particulière en matière d’expertise complexe dans des procédures relatives à des problématiques de transport aérien et maritime, accidents de la route, ainsi qu’en matière de santé et de risque industriel.
Aurélia a également une pratique de conseil et de représentation dans des litiges complexes de transport (aviation, maritime, routier et ferroviaire) de personnes et de marchandises.
Elle intervient régulièrement dans des séminaires et webinars dédiés au droit des assurances et à la responsabilité médicale.
Aurélia est recommandée dans plusieurs classements professionnels tels Legal 500, WWL et est distinguée par « Best Lawyers ».
Elle publie régulièrement et rédige notamment le Chapitre France du GTDT relatif à la responsabilité aérienne ainsi que le Guide Chambers - Medical Devices & Consumer Health Products. Elle co-écrit également le chapitre Assurance du GTDT Assurance. Elle est membre de l’Association Internationale de Droit des Assurances (AIDA), de l’International Aviation Womens’ Association (IAWA), de la SFDAS et de l’ISC France.
