Q&A

What do you enjoy about working for a global law firm?

Working at a global law firm allows me to meet and collaborate with international clients and colleagues. Kennedys encourages this collaboration and has several programs in place to allow us to travel and work from offices all around the world.

What type of cases do you work on?

My typical cases involve acting for major insurers in respect of personal injury and property damage claims caused by negligence. I provide advice on a range of topics including liability, indemnity and the resolution of a claim.

What is most interesting about your job?

Working in Liability exposes me to a variety of interesting and diverse matters. As a result, I am constantly learning about topics that I would otherwise be unfamiliar with, such as complex medical procedures and large scale construction works.

What do you find most challenging about your job?

No two cases are the same. Each claim has a unique set of circumstances that requires careful attention to detail at every step of the way. Although it may be challenging at times, there is nothing more rewarding than achieving a successful outcome for our clients.
