Why did you join the property, energy and construction team?

Each class of business poses its own challenges vand is constantly evolving. Construction claims are impacted by changes in technology and sustainability considerations, we are increasingly shifting our focus to renewables in the energy space and, most recently, COVID 19 had significant implications for property policies. Our clients rely on us to innovate, and we work hard to ensure we meet their expectations in this regard.

What is interesting about working in the property, energy and construction team at an insurance law firm?

The work is fast paced, varied and often topical - there is never a dull day.

What advice would you give someone interested in specialising in property, energy and construction?

Do your research - spend time reading articles, attending webinars and speak with those who work in these areas. We are approachable and always happy to talk with talented lawyers that are interested in working with us.
