Anne Duffy

Anne is a senior associate based in Kennedys’ Sheffield office. She cross qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2018 having previously qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017.

Anne works within the employers liability and public liability product group which deals primarily with litigated claims. She supervises a legal assistant and a legal apprentice in the Sheffield office.

Anne had also previously dealt with historic abuse claims and travel sickness claims.

Anne currently handles claims for a variety of clients ranging from large corporate bodies to small businesses and individuals. She regularly undertakes work for a significant number of insurance companies.

Anne has a wealth of experience in personal injury claims and strives to achieve the best outcome for her clients. Her case load includes claims in excess of £200,000 involving complex arguments on liability, often with multiple Defendants and concerning serious injuries.
