Ana is an associate in the San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on civil litigation in federal and state court, and has litigated commercial disputes, product liability, premises liability, marine, employment, construction, habitability, and personal injury matters involving catastrophic injuries, emotional injuries, brain damage, and wrongful death.

In addition, Ana has significant experience advising insurance carriers and clients on complex litigation issues and developing strategies for resolution.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Ana spent over seven years practicing in the area of civil litigation specializing in insurance defense. Ana is experienced in all phases of litigation from pre-suit claim negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and jury trials through verdict.
