Tori is an associate in the New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage litigation.

Tori represents domestic and international insurers in complex coverage actions, from inception through litigation, and in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation. Her practice focuses on complex litigation involving commercial general liability policies, cyber, and professional liability errors and omissions policies. Tori also has experience with the representation of financial institutions and broker-dealers in litigation and FINRA regulatory proceedings and investigations, and corporate internal investigations.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Tori gained experience as an associate at both US and global law firms.

Tori is admitted to practice in the State of New York. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University, and her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She also served as an Associate Editor on the Cardozo Law Review.
