Joseph Cascio is an associate in the New York office.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Joseph served as an assistant district attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s office, where he prosecuted hundreds of felony cases. While managing a caseload in the hundreds, Joseph indicted over seventy-five cases, won several hearings and written motions and negotiated several pleas.

During his time at Notre Dame Law School, Joseph competed on their competitive trial team and received an award for excellence in oral advocacy. Throughout law school, Joseph interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where he honed his skills in oral advocacy and trial strategy. While at Elkhart County, he tried more than ten cases during his summer internship.

Joseph is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
