He was also a member of a specialized team conducting pre-litigation accident investigations for real estate development firms and construction and scaffolding companies across New York and New Jersey. His work involved comprehensive site inspections, evidence collection, witness interviews, affidavit preparation, and early collaboration with experts, ensuring thorough preparation for legal defenses.

This hands-on experience has honed his ability to efficiently manage cases from initial investigation through trial preparation or pre-trial resolution. He has drafted and successfully argued numerous dispositive motions before courts in New York and New Jersey. His skills in client interaction and collaboration with insureds, investigators, experts, and claims adjusters have been key to his success in the field.

At the start of his legal career, Bryan worked at a well-known plaintiff’s personal injury firm in New York City, handling various personal injury claims, including New York Labor Law, motor vehicle accident, and premises/products liability cases. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of the litigation process from the plaintiff's perspective, enhancing his ability to anticipate and counter plaintiff strategies effectively.

During law school, he clerked part-time at a boutique insurance defense firm in New York, gaining valuable experience in first- and third-party insurance coverage litigation, particularly in construction defects, environmental safety claims, and indemnification issues. He played a vital role in supporting property owners in recovering insurance proceeds and addressing catastrophic property damage, contributing to successful case outcomes. He also assisted attorneys with trial preparation in federal and state courts across the United States, focusing on trial motion practice.

Additionally, Bryan clerked for the New York State Division of Human Rights, assisting in employment and housing discrimination investigations. He also clerked at the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s New York Regional Office, supporting enforcement actions related to securities regulation violations across New York State.
