Nicole is a member of the firm’s coverage team and focuses her practice on insurance coverage, general liability and commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Kennedys, Nicole was part of Kennedys Summer Associate program as a law student.
During Nicole’s time at Cornell Law School, she served as an Executive Editor for the Cornell Law Journal of Law and Public Policy, a Bench Editor for the Cornell Law Moot Court Board, and an active member of both the Latin American Law Students Association and the Cuban American Bar Association. Nicole worked in both Cornell Law School’s Capital Punishment Clinic and Child Advocacy Practicum. Nicole also completed a legal internship program at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office.
Nicole received her undergraduate degree in English and Political Science from The George Washington University. While at George Washington University, Nicole worked as a Research Assistant in the George Washington University Brian and Cognition Lab, in a cybersecurity fellowship focused on the future of cyber warfare, and on a data analytics thesis on trends in certain Supreme Court decisions.
