Michal Shachaf

Michal is a senior associate in the property team at Kennedys’ Tel Aviv office in Israel. 

Michal specializes in property damage claims, including, inter alia, construction all risk, fire and flooding damages, product liability, subrogation, and general civil litigation. 

Michal represents insurers and their insureds in all Israeli court’s instances and in mediation proceedings. 

Michal’s practice includes awarding advice on coverage regarding Israeli Insurance law to insurers and reinsurers. She is fluent in Hebrew and English.

Qualifications:

• Qualified in 2017 and admitted to Israeli Bar Association in 2018.
