Stephen Hill

Stephen is a senior associate in our Scottish liability team. He qualified in 2014 and joined Kennedys in 2015. He was instrumental in establishing Kennedys’ footprint in Scotland. Stephen is primarily based in our Edinburgh office, but regularly works from our Glasgow premises.

Stephen is a versatile solicitor and has a wide and diverse practise. He regularly represents clients across the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session in motor, employer liability, public liability, product liability, property damage, historic abuse, and fatal cases. Stephen specialises in high-value personal injury cases in the Court of Session.

Approachable, technically sound and responsive, Stephen enjoys strong relationships with clients. He regularly prepares and delivers bespoke training sessions to clients on Scottish pre-litigation processes and litigated Court procedure.
