Qualifications

  • Qualified in England and Wales in 2009

Work highlights

  • Secured an early discontinuance in relation a claim pleaded in excess of £250,000, in which surveillance footage and social media evidence raised significant concerns about the claimant’s credibility.
  • Secured an early economic settlement in relation to a claim pursued by a part-time model who had sustained facial injuries as a result of a road traffic collision. There was a significant risk that the claimant, who was in her early 20s, would require jaw replacement surgery within 10 years of the accident date.
  • Managed a claim in which a woman in her mid-30s sustained significant injuries to both knees, which would lead to a bilateral knee replacement with at least two revisions within the claimant’s lifetime. The claim was pleaded in the sum of £3 million and settled for £1.6 million.
