Ian Martindale

Ian is an Associate in our Belfast office. He qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2003. Ian joined Kennedys in 2014.

Ian specialises in insurance matters, casualty and professional negligence (coverage and defence).

Ian acts for insurers and self-insured companies in the defence of personal injury claims, professional negligence claims and product liability claims. He has considerable experience in defending employers’ liability cases, public liability cases and road traffic cases in the County Court and in the High Court.

Ian also advises clients in respect of health and safety regulatory matters and defends clients in respect of health and safety prosecutions and road traffic prosecutions.
