Today, a team of 12 have joined Lucinda Lyons in our Sydney office, expanding our insurance practice and deepening our already stellar sector expertise.
The team all join from Clyde & Co where they have previously worked together for a number of years.
Among the team is Special Counsel, Con Kakakios. With over 23 years’ experience in liability defence, Con has handled various types of civil liability personal injury claims, including catastrophic injury and death claims. He is an accredited specialist in personal injury law.

Lucinda joined Kennedys from Clyde & Co where she was Managing Partner, Australia and head of their insurance practice in Australia.
Operating in Australia since 2006, we have offices across the country including Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. These new appointments bring our number of partners in Australia to 22 and the number of fee earners to over 80.
We recently announced another record set of financial results for 2022/23, with revenue increasing 11% on the previous year.
