Amanda is a Senior Associate in our Sydney office. She has a diverse caseload, with files spanning institutional abuse litigation, healthcare, public liability, product liability and coverage.

Amanda has extensive experience acting for religious institutions, domestic and international insurers, reinsurers, uninsured organisations and plaintiffs. Amanda has also advised clients on strategy, risk management and internal policies in relation to child safety.

Arising from her diversity of work and experience with both defendant and plaintiff clients, Amanda takes a pragmatic and commercial approach whilst representing insurer and institutional clients, securing many out-of-court settlements for her clients, where appropriate.
