Lucinda is a partner based in our Sydney office. She is a trusted advisor to major Australian and London insurers and reinsurers, insurance brokers, insureds and corporations.

As an accredited specialist in personal injury, Lucinda's experience includes providing coverage, defence, strategic and commercial advice, and preparing and conducting criminal and civil litigation. Lucinda’s expertise extends across sexual abuse claims and matters within the disability sector.

Lucinda has significant expertise in providing advice on claims involving defective products and product recall, with a particular focus on medical device product liability and mass tort litigation.

Both local and international insurers have appointed Lucinda as their lawyer of choice to handle catastrophic claims including the seminal decision of the High Court on causation in Adeels Palace v Moubarak. The decision is the leading authority on causation across all lines of business. Lucinda focused the evidence on the issue of causation from the outset of her retainer.
