Jonathan Wyatt is a Partner in the Insurance team at Kennedys in Perth with more than 25 years’ experience in insurance and marine matters. Jonathan is regarded as one of the leading lawyers in WA. His areas of expertise include:

Jonathan acts for international and domestic insurers, mutuals, local governments, commodity exporters, ship owners, and freight forwarders. He acts and has acted in a number of high profile disputes.

Jonathan is qualified in Australia, Hong Kong and England & Wales. He has wide international experience and has handled cases in the English and Hong Kong courts, as well as in the High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of WA. He has also handled arbitrations in Australia, London, Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
