Holly is a legal director in Kennedys’ London serious and catastrophic injury team. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and has over 10 years’ experience in dealing with large and complex injury claims.

Her caseload is broad and includes advising on motor, employer’s liability and public liability claims.

She frequently deals with claims which are high-value and high-profile.

Her injury expertise involves spinal, brain and head injury, severe orthopaedic injury and amputation, burns, injuries to the sense (blindness, deafness) and psychiatric injury, including functional neurological disorder (FND).

She has also dealt with claims involving fatalities and claims involving an international element where a UK national is injured abroad, or a foreign national is injured in the UK.

Holly can provide advice on challenging issues such as multi-party liability investigations, motor indemnity disputes, public liability/occupier’s liability act issues, and complex matters surrounding medical causation.

She oftens handles claims where a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) is jointly appointed by the parties to manage the Claimant’s rehabilitation under The Rehabilitation Code.

Holly provides bespoke advice to her insurer clients and has spent a significant period of time on secondment in-house at one of Kennedys’ key clients. This experience means she truly understands how to support insurers, and in turn their customers, and she appreciates the importance of other key parties in the customer experience such as brokers, client relationship managers, and underwriters.

Holly strongly believes in working collaboratively, not only with her insurer clients, but also with the claimant’s solicitor, and others. She often works closely with Kennedy’s criminal/regulatory team.

Away from her caseload Holly is always keen to adopt new technologies to improve the efficiency of her practice and the data analytics offering to clients. She is a member of Kennedys Serious and Catastrophic Loss MI Steering Committee.

Holly has provided training to brokers and insurer clients on a variety of topics
