The programme provides personal and professional development opportunities including training, webinars and networking. This session discussed: What is fraud?; How to identify the key indicators of fraud; Indicators shared across white collar crime, motor, property and casualty fraud?; Basic investigations into fraud.

Kennedys 2024 wrap up sessions

At the end of 2024, we ran a series that provided a wrap-up of Kennedys' key cases throughout our lines of business, including professional liability, crime and regulatory, fraud and product liability.

This session discussed general considerations and issues that arise in practice when considering coverage for an insurance claim, in particular about: Initial investigations and information gathering; Notification requirements; Policy periods; Placement issues (i.e. non-disclosure/misrepresentation); Coverage provisions and exclusions; Subrogation and double-insurance.
