Samantha Conlon

Samantha is an associate in Kennedys’ London office. She provides dispute resolution and coverage advice to insurers and reinsurers in multiple jurisdictions across marine, energy, political violence and war risk insurance matters.

Samantha has experience in the London insurance market and is a member of the Evolve with Kennedys Committee which works with professionals throughout the insurance industry.  Samantha recently completed a successful client secondment to the in-house legal team of a major American insurer.

Prior to working at Kennedys, Samantha was Chief of Staff and Senior Parliamentary Researcher in Westminster. She provided strategic and political advice across all policy areas, with a particular focus on international trade, energy and foreign policy.

Samantha studied law as her undergraduate degree at the University of Bristol (LLB) and has a master’s degree from Queen Mary, University of London, in Law and Economics (LLM).
