Mental health, Court of Protection and capacity seminar

Kennedys' UK Medical Law Group are delighted to be hosting their mental health, Court of Protection and capacity seminar, taking place on Wednesday 22 January at our London office.

During this seminar, we will be joined by guest speakers The Honourable Mr Justice Hayden and Dr Ty Glover, Consultant Psychiatrist, who will discuss:

• The Court of Protection’s jurisdiction and the complex consideration of a patient’s mental capacity.
• What matters should come before the Court of Protection.
• When should applications be made.
• The balance of urgency and justice.
