Griffiths v TUI UK Limited - what happens now?

Kennedys' travel team are delighted to be hosting an in-person seminar on Thursday 28 March at our London office.

The Supreme Court handed down judgment in the matter of Griffiths v TUI UK Limited on 29 November 2023, which unanimously found in favour of the claimant. The judgment could now have wider implications on future cases.
