Using your journey to #breakthebias - 8 March 2022

In celebration of International Women's Day, Kennedys’ Asia Pacific offices co-hosted a virtual panel discussion with senior and inspiring leaders from Kennedys and leading insurers in the region. Our panellists shared their personal journeys and how they navigated conscious and unconscious bias at different stages of their careers. As part of the conversation, our panellists offered their advice and recommend strategies for the next generation so that together we can all #BreaktheBias at work and in our wider communities. Our panel was moderated by women’s advocate and coach, Louise Corbett of Exceptional Existence.

Level up: Intentionality in seeing beyond bias - 8 March 2022

As part of our global women in business series, and to celebrate International Women's Day, we are delighted to have hosted a webinar with guest speaker Darleen Santore, known to many as "Coach Dar".

As a mental and conditioning coach, Coach Dar blends a knowledge of science, psychology and achievement with her personal passion for life in order to help individuals, corporate executives and professional athletes & teams aim higher and achieve more. She is a trailblazer for Phoenix women and was awarded the Most Inspiring Woman from WNBA.

In this talk, Coach Dar taught us how to lean into listening more, lead intentionally and level up with a shift in perspective about bias.

Why including women is the missing key to innovation - 9 March 2022

As part of our global women in business series, and to celebrate International Women's day, we are delighted to have hosted a hybrid seminar with guest speaker Katrine Marçal.

In this talk, Katrine guided us through fascinating examples of how innovators have failed to take women's experiences into account, analysing what they can tell us about gender and innovation today. She examined current realms where our ideas about gender are holding innovation back in similar ways making the argument that the future will be shaped by companies that dare to think differently about gender.
