Alexandra is an associate in our Wilmington office and a member of the Corporate and Commercial team. Her practice focuses on representing businesses in commercial litigation, corporate transactions and D&O defense matters. Alexandra brings a well-rounded litigation perspective, having handled cases from initial pleadings through to resolution in both administrative forums and state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Alexandra served as an Assistant City Solicitor with the City of Philadelphia Law Department, where she focused on business tax litigation and appeals. She also served as a judicial law clerk in the Delaware Court of Common Pleas and as an intern in the Superior Court of Delaware’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division.

During her studies at Delaware Law School, Alexandra was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, the Transactional Law Honor Society, and the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society. Her performance in both national moot court and mock trial competitions earned her induction into the Order of Barristers, a national honor society recognizing excellence in courtroom advocacy. Alexandra also served as a Staff Editor for the Widener Law Review.
