Millie is a Special Counsel in Kennedys’ Sydney office with over 20 years’ experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency and restructuring. Millie is admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales and the High Court and has experience in Australia and the UK. She has conducted litigation in multiple jurisdictions in Australia and is experienced in cross-border disputes and specialises in complex disputes.

Millie has acted in high profile disputes involving trade credit claims, directors’ duties, breaches of Corporations legislation, banking, finance, contractual breaches, security enforcement and insolvency administrations and liquidations. She has considerable experience in multi-party litigation in the Supreme and Federal Court jurisdictions across various industries and sectors as well as acting for insolvency practitioners and creditors in court applications, recoveries and most aspects of insolvency administrations and liquidations.

Millie is currently heavily involved in proceedings arising from the collapse of the Greensill group.
